This agreement explains the terms and conditions regarding the use of HostedBoard.com services and any other content available on the HostedBoard.com website. This is an agreement between HostedBoard.com hereinafter called HostedBoard and 'you', hereinafter called Member.

HostedBoard does not verify contents of any forum board using our free service. All forum board Members are responsible for everything inside their own forum board. All forum board Members can be held legally accountable for the contents on their forum board; including for example; material protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret law.
You are not allowed to associate your forum board with illegal material such as child pornography, bigotry, racism, hatred, profanity, mail fraud, pyramid schemes, or any material which may be insulting to another person(s) or company, or depicts the exploitation of minors (children under 18 years of age). No spamming allowed, no harassing, threatening or illegal activities.

HostedBoard can remove your forum board without any warning if we find that you do not follow our Term of Service. We would also remove your forum board if we notice that there is no evident of activity for more then 90 days.

HostedBoard does not warrant that its services are error-free or that they will operate without interruption nor does HostedBoard make any warranty with respect to the quality, reliability, timeliness or security of its services. We try to provide 99.9% uptime monthly, we do not guarantee that our services would be available every seconds. As our members, you are supposed to back-up all your files/database. Any network downtime, files corruption and everything that could result in damages to your data are not our responsible.

HostedBoard reserves the right to alter the format/size/amount of advertising contained within the forums at any time and for any reason.

By creating a forum board at HostedBoard.com you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and by all changes made thereafter.

HostedBoard reserves the right to amend or change these Rules and Regulations at any time and without prior notice. If you notice a HostedBoard Member breaking any of the rules, please notify us
