bioluminessents are sometimes used as luar. one of the animals that uses it for this is the anglar fish will dangle a little pouch of bioluminessent bactia to luar the fish in.

It can also be used to lure prey in to the light just like the anglerfish!!!!!

fine... a different one!: some squids use bioluminescent chemical mixtures in the same way squids use ink!!

the light attracts its prey and the fish eats it

Good effort by some of you! For the others I want more specific answers. Do more effective research.
