HostedBoard has created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy. The following discloses the information gathering and dissemination practices for: HostedBoard.com

Whenever a user views a page located on HostedBoard, the Apache Web server automatically logs certain information about the visitor. This information includes the user's IP address, browser, and where the user came from. This is standard information collected by most Web servers.

When a user joins HostedBoard as a member, certain information is asked for. This information includes the user's name, email address. When the sign up process has completed, our script automatically logs the IP address into the user's profile as well.

Please keep in mind that any information that is disclosed in forums stored by HostedBoard becomes public information unless forum owner has elected (choose option) to make their forum board private. You should exercise caution when deciding to disclose your personal information. When posting a message to a forum hosted by HostedBoard, your IP address is automatically logged with your post. The administrator of the forum you are posting on can view the IP addresses on every post.

HostedBoard reserves the right to monitor any and all message boards located on our servers. Our staff has access to login to every password protected board to view the contents of those forum boards, as well as the ability to remove posts and/or boards that are found in violation of our terms of service.

Without consent, your personal information (email, address, etc.) will not be sold traded or utilize by any third party.
